–PatriotsRVServices.com will promptly stop sending Messages to the User upon receipt of the opt-out request.

SMS Terms of Service
These terms and conditions govern the use of SMS services provided by
Patriots RV Services LLC (“PRVS”, “We”, “Our”, “Us”). By opting in to
receive SMS messages from PRVS, You agree to be bound by these terms.
Opt-In
To receive SMS messages from PRVS, You must opt in by providing Your
mobile phone number. Customers typically opt in at the time of
scheduling a service appointment or dropping off an RV. Employees opt
in at time of hire by providing verbal consent to a manager, which is
logged in our internal records.
Types of Messages
– Customer messages: service status updates, ready-for-pickup
notifications, parts arrival notifications, and scheduling
confirmations.
– Employee messages: internal operational reminders such as
end-of-shift clock-out reminders and extension confirmations.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on the status of Your repair order or,
for employees, Your work activity. Customers may receive 1 to 5
messages per active service engagement. Employees may receive up to 1
reminder message per workday plus any reply confirmations.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. These charges are billed by and paid
to Your mobile service provider; PRVS does not control these rates and
is not responsible for any charges incurred by You.
Opt-Out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message received.
After You reply STOP, You will receive one final confirmation message,
after which PRVS will stop sending SMS messages to that number. To opt
back in, reply START or contact Us directly.

website.
Mobile Information Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates
for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with
subcontractors supporting the SMS service (such as our SMS delivery
provider, Twilio) is limited to what is necessary to deliver Your
messages. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be
shared with any third parties.
Supported Carriers
SMS is supported on all major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile,
Verizon, US Cellular, and others. Wireless carriers are not liable for
delayed or undelivered messages.
Disclaimer of Liability
PRVS will not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused
by the use of the SMS service. The User assumes all risks and
responsibility for the use of the SMS service.
Changes
PRVS may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the SMS
service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Acceptance
By opting in to the SMS service provided by PRVS, the User agrees to be
bound by these terms and conditions. If the User does not agree, they
should not opt in to the SMS service.
