Looks great. Time will tell. It is insurance to have a roof we all hope we will never have to test against a hail storm. Use their services when you have no trips planned for at least a couple of months. I told them I would not be using mine in the near future so they would be able to work me in at their convenience as they also do emergency repairs. Good people. Would use them again.

One year ago, I had the VROOM slide installed on my 2023 GD Imagine. I didn’t have issues with the Lippert system but wanted peace of mind as a single, older female full timer who prefers boondocking to campgrounds. The manual slide feature along with a better track and motor system is why I went with the system. I had Patriot RV Services do the installation and I was very happy I went with them. Andrew took his time explaining the system to me and how they would do the installation. I didn’t expect that in-depth explanation, but I appreciated it. As they were installing the system, Andrew would provide me with daily text updates and pictures. Top level custom service! One year later and I’ve had no issues with the slide system or the installation. I am very happy with the services from Patriot RV and will be back. I highly recommend them!

They worked tirelessly with my insurance company to gain a fair settlement on my behalf and even more tirelessly to get me back on the road. My 2017 Rockwood MiniLite travel trailer had developed a small area of delamintion to one of the sidewalls which they repaired and completely restored. I've included a pair of before-and-after photos for comparison. Best of all, they replaced the flimsy rubber roofing material from the factory with their AeroArmor spray-on polyurea roofing material. Wow! An amazing upgrade which will likely add years to the useful life of my trailer. AND, IT COMES WITH A LIFETIME WARRANTY!
