We inspect your existing roof for moisture intrusion, delamination, and structural issues to determine the correct preparation approach.
The existing roof surface is cleaned, prepped, and any necessary repairs to the substrate are completed before application begins.
The thermal insulation base layer is applied using industrial spray equipment at the Patriots RV Services facility.
Both white polyurea layers are spray-applied in sequence, creating a monolithic, seam-free waterproof barrier across the entire roof surface.
The completed roof is inspected and your RV is returned — ready for the road with a maintenance-free roof system.
